Are you real estate brokers?
No. Wohnpilot is a personal apartment search service for Berlin, not a brokerage. We do not market our own listings – we take over your search across the entire Berlin housing market, and you pay no commission.
How quickly will I find an apartment with you?
The timeline depends on your search criteria. On average, our clients receive a lease offer within about three weeks. Very narrow criteria, such as a very low budget, can extend the search – we will discuss this honestly in your initial consultation.
Which districts do you search in?
We search in all twelve Berlin districts – from Mitte and Neukölln to Spandau. You choose the districts that work for you in the form, and we focus the search exactly there.
I have a WBS – does that help?
Yes. With a Wohnberechtigungsschein (WBS 100, 140, 160 or 180 – Berlin’s subsidized housing certificate), you qualify for subsidized apartments with lower rents. Simply mention your WBS in the form and we will include suitable listings in your search.
