flaty searches for an apartment for tenants anywhere in Germany. Through the form on this website you request a first call. After that we check listings, apply to landlords on your behalf and arrange viewings with you.

This statement describes how this website meets the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG).

Accessibility status

How the website is accessible

All content is text in the HTML and can be read without JavaScript and without animation. If your system is set to reduce motion, movement is largely reduced. A link at the top of each page skips straight to the content. The website is available in German and English.

Known limitations

The security check in the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) is a service from another provider. We have only limited influence on its design. If it stops you from submitting, email us instead.
